All of our wines are vinified and aged without sulphites.
A minimal dose of sulphur is added around April/May when bottling occurs.
AOC Cabernet d'Anjou
Our Cabernet d’Anjou is bright in colour with salmon pink highlights. It has notes of red berries and boiled sweets. This is the epitome of a quaffable wine. This soft, crisp rosé has a liveliness which balances out the sweetness and is refreshing on the finish. Do not hesitate to try this wine chilled (6°c). It can be served as an aperitif or to accompany your summer dishes.

Yield: 60 hl/ha
Vinification:12 hour maceration then immediate pressing without de-stemming. Low temperature fermentation and settling of the juice. Depending on the vintage the fermentation is stopped once the residual sugar content is about 15g/litre.
